Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since product delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Here we can refund 100% of the price or send you a new identical product without defects.

We always require you to show the invoice for the product you wish to return.

Please do not send back products to us or to the manufacturer.

We aim to reduce the negative effects on the environment, and transporting the product again would only exacerbate them. If our product does not satisfy your expectations, we give you the following options:

  • donate to charity
  • give it to your friend

In these cases, we will refund the equivalent of the price as a store credit or a voucher discount for your next purchase. 

We suggest recording an unboxing video of the product as it can speed up the returns dispute processing.

Donating to charity

Find a charity institution in your area. Ask the charity for a receipt with the following details:

  • the name of the organization
  • a statement confirming that the organization is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, along with its federal tax identification number
  • the date when you made donation
  • your name
  • type of contribution (goods)
  • the value of the contribution (should be like the one listed on the invoice)
  • note: Ornameco Return and product name with invoice ID
  • name and signature of an authorized representative of the charity organization

We will request you for the order invoice number and your ID or passport copy.

Give to a friend

Provide us with the following details of your friend to which you gave the product

  • your friend’s name and email
  • your ID or passport copy

Refund processing

Take a picture of the defect on the product.

We will notify you by email once we receive your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to deny your refund based on your previous refund history.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. The actual time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary and is subject to specific processing timelines.

Alternatively, we may offer you an equivalent store credit or a discount that can be applied to your next order instead of a refund.

Products not eligible for refund

Returns are not applicable to the following products:

  • downloadable or virtual products
  • gift cards
  • discounted products
  • products damaged by customer due to mishandling or misuse
  • opened products and used
  • products ordered by business
  • products not delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer
